• Cancellation and Rescheduling:
  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 – 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee or loss of deposit, if applicable.
  • No-shows will be charged the full treatment fee.
